Accelerating the pathway to an intelligent data enterprise

Wingenium has been designed ground-up by a group of like-minded and highly passionate seasoned data professionals who keenly desire to bring a careful, well-thought and orchestrated change in the field of applied data engineering. Wingenium was conceived more from a philosophy than an idea. Very much the same philosophical thought behind Precision Engineering that is silently practiced throughout the industrial world. The concept of Precision has been largely sidelined within the digital space. We also believe that engineering has been undervalued in this space and needs to re-affirm its position and value. Further, the (over-) management of data in generating intelligence does not necessarily need to boil the ocean, on the contrary, allow precision to shape an intelligent data enterprise.

Wingenium brings the worlds of data and engineering together in seemingly remarkable ways than seen before. To quote an example, the thought of Toplogical Data Analysis (TDA) was alien just a few years ago and largely ignored. With the careful use of precision engineering principles of Persistent Homology and Mapper algorithms, TDA has radically changed the landscape of data analysis in very common use cases such as, Fraud detection, Risk management, Supply chain, to name a few. This is just one depiction of engineering excellence in driving intelligence (Note: in the past the term Intelligence was often excessively quoted making it cliched and ubiquitous within the corporates). We, now, aim to restore sanity and drive exclusivity to the term 'intelligence'. Remember that intelligence is multi-dimensional and therefore true intelligence will always elude humanity. We consider Intelligence as a continuous unraveling of a newer dimension. This very thinking sets us apart.

Productization

Wingenium further introduces Productization, which is an inevitable by-product of application of precision engineering principles to the digital services. By and large, due to the complex and entangled nature of the Digital and IT spaces, data was never commoditized, in fact it turned data into an ever-more precious asset making it ever so difficult to access and therefore productize. Wingenium firmly believes that assetization (or assetification) of data and its subsequent productization can co-exist. This is where we draw a line between the conventional digital space and the to-be-disrupted one.

Wingenium formulates its mission to formalize the science and technology behind Productization. We believe that there is sufficient un-tapped hidden economies in a product-driven digital enterprise. We would like to power this through explainable intelligence. Besides, digital landscapes are already actively disrupted by the current wave of AI invasion. The digital enterprise must operate autonomously to leverage the recent practices in developing ingenious models through excellence in data and algorithms.


Founder’s Note on Innovations with Data

Wingenium founders treat Innovations as unearthing ‘avenues'. Innovations with data require a different level of ingenuity, often not attributed with classic forms of innovations. A conventional innovation goes through ideation, prototyping, pulsing the market, pivoting and refining, launching, while innovations involving data follows discovery and explainability leading to modeling behavior/pattern and productizing a journey or experience. In the world of data, inspiration for innovations are deeply entrenched in the data, once extracted they create an avenue for potential innovations. For example: who would've thought synthesizing text through GPT interfaces could lead to avenues for generating semantically meaningful documents (or conversely, its not exactly that humans thought of creating semantically meaningful documents before they invented GPT engines or did they?)

Each avenue is entrenched deep inside operational and business data. We believe that with right explainability and understanding of data shapes, contours we extract insights that are typically not exposed through conventional ML algorithms and techniques.
